TERMS + CONDITIONS

Please have Proof of Identity and Auscycling Racing Licence available at registration.

VDHS understands that the age group requirements can be confusing. It is due to following UCI rules and a reflection of the fact that our season spans two calendar years. Under 17, Under 19 and Elite categories have a qualifying/seeding run, the top 30 riders go through and the results of the run are used to seed the riders for race runs.

“Sandbagging" refers to two main practices: racing in a lower-than-deserved category to increase your chances of winning, or a rider deliberately making a trail seem easier or harder than it actually is to gain an advantage or to challenge others. Sandbaggers will be mocked on the podium and moved into the appropriate category at subsequent races.
